John Madej is president of Robbins-Gioia’s civilian agencies and homeland security division, leading all aspects of company engagements with federal civilian agencies, state agencies, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). John is responsible for profit and loss, business development, staff management, operational delivery of management consulting services, providing strategic direction to multiple operating units, and developing management solutions to address federal agency business issues while ensuring the success of the existing customer base. He has increased his division’s revenue by 30 percent for the past 3 years by expanding the client base, effective human capital planning, and mentoring operations managers and clients.
John has more than 25 years of experience in program management, providing enterprise wide solutions in portfolio, program, and project management to increase the effectiveness of clients. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at Robbins-Gioia since joining the company in 1982, most recently serving as vice president for federal civilian agencies.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Regis University.
