John Shupe John Shupe
President, PMTelco

John Shupe is president of Robbins-Gioia’s PM Telco division. PM Telco delivers telecommunications provisioning services across North America, offering clients telecommunications project and program management, site management, software deployment, client relationship management, and portfolio management services, as well as products and services from Avaya and other major telecommunications original equipment manufacturers.

John has been president of PM Telco since 2004, bringing to Robbins-Gioia more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry. Previously at Avaya, he was responsible for over $100 million dollars in revenue while supporting some of the largest businesses in the United States. While leading a services team, he directed 400 associates over a large geographic area responsible for implementing new systems and services and maintaining existing client applications. He also led a cross-functional team across the country to reengineer all facets of provisioning process, with the end result of removing over $40 million dollars of waste and expense.

John earned a BA in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and an executive program certificate from Stanford University.
