Mike Sledge is president and chief operating officer of Robbins-Gioia. He is responsible for driving the company’s strategic plan and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, develop a powerful workforce, and continue and enlarge Robbins-Gioia’s successful growth.
Since starting with the company in 1984, Mike has held increasingly responsible positions, most recently serving as president for civilian agencies and homeland security. He has nearly a quarter-century of comprehensive management experience specializing in optimizing the performance and visibility of enterprise initiatives and working with senior officials to implement business processes and systems to support strategic planning, portfolio management, capital planning, and enterprise program management.
Mike earned a B.S. in business administration from Duquesne University and is a certified Project Management Professional®.
