Robbins-Gioia Provided United Airlines with Management Support for $400 Million in Aircraft Interior Upgrades.

United Airlines employs about 15,000 engineers and mechanics who operate a maintenance network of more than 14 airports and station facilities around the world. United required management support for $400 million in aircraft interior upgrades, including new seats for all three classes and many new communication, entertainment, and ergonomic innovations.

Robbins-Gioia performed current practice assessments, business processes reengineering, development of program management guides, and training in program management methodologies.

RESULT: The United team has improved their ability to remain on schedule and within budget.
