Using the OMB Circular NO.A-11 Part-7 Section 300 form and schema, Microsoft has electronically simplified the Section 300 form. For your convenience three versions of the OMB 300 form exist: Option II, Option III, and Option IV. In all versions, Sections A-F are identical. One decides which form to complete depending on their answer to the following question:

What kind of investment will this be in FY 2010?
(Please NOTE: Investments moving to O&M in FY 2010, with Planning/Acquisition activities prior to FY 2010 should not select O&M. These investments should indicate their current status.).

Option II should be completed for investments identified as “Planning”, “Full Acquisition”, or “Mixed Life-Cycle”.
