Optical Fiber Division Carves Out Competitive Advantage: Project Management Becomes Key Differentiator

One of the early entrants into the optical fiber market needed to expand its newly acquired facilities through construction and increased capacity so it could produce a greater quantity of higher-margin cutting-edge product in its newest facility.
