Robbins-Gioia Helps Verizon Federal Deliver Telecommunications Solutions in the National Capital Region

Verizon was re-competing for its federal contract to supply integrated voice, video and data products and services to military and civilian agencies throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area. It retained Robbins-Gioia to provide program management and logistics support for its essential programs. Robbins-Gioia assisted in developing the overall management concept of operations and revised transitional operations plans.

Result: Verizon won an 8-year contract to manage the telecommunications services program, and Robbins-Gioia continues to advise the Verizon program manager on vendor selection, performance management and risk management. .
