Robbins-Gioia Wins U.S. Customs and Border Protection Blanket Purchase Agreement; BPA Has Ceiling of $112.5 Million
February 6, 2006, Alexandria, VA—Robbins-Gioia, LLC, the leading provider of program management services,
announced today that it has been awarded a single U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Blanket Purchase
Agreement (BPA) to support the CBP Office of Information Technology.
The 5-year BPA (1 year plus 4 option years) has a ceiling of $112.5 million and calls for PM services for existing
programs as well as Modernization Program requirements. Robbins-Gioia has been awarded the first task order for $3.9
million with an additional $3.9 million option. For that task order, Robbins-Gioia will provide acquisition planning;
program planning, control, and integration; financial, configuration, and risk management; process improvement;
integrated communications; human capital planning and management; program administration; and acquisition project
management. As the BPA holder, Robbins-Gioia will provide PM services, advice, assessments, and tracking in a variety
of program areas; financial and acquisition management support; internal and external reporting and program oversight
requirements; program documents, plans and performance measures; databases, tracking, and reporting systems; and
templates, models, guides and training. Robbins-Gioia team member Deloitte Consulting will provide operational
expertise.
