The Web Marketing Association presented Robbins-Gioia’s
corporate home page with the Standard of Excellence in the 2003 WebAward
competition. In its seventh year, the competition included more than 1,000
sites from 19 countries in 80 industry categories. Entries were judged on
design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use, and use of
technology in web site development.
Robbins-Gioia’s corporate home page was launched one year ago as the company
embarked on a new corporate image, focusing on the human connection between the
experts at Robbins-Gioia and those they help in client companies. A key
innovation on the site is its ability to serve a particular page to a viewer
based on his or her specific job function and issue. “This is in line with
Robbins-Gioia’s solutions approach to business development, marketing, and
consulting that concentrates first on the needs of the customer and then on the
capabilities required to address those needs,” said Eric Gioia, executive vice
president of business development for Robbins-Gioia. “Our team of Patricia
Davis-Muffett, Colby Africa, Mark Baumgartner, and Kris Crawford did a
fantastic job and are justly recognized. ”
