Robbins-Gioia Announces Organizational Changes to Align Company with Opportunities
April 23, 2008, Alexandria, VA—In his first major organizational move since taking office in August 2006, Robbins-Gioia CEO John Marselle announced the realignment of responsibilities and promotions of several R-G executives that will ultimately position the company for greater growth. “We conducted a comprehensive study of our business and markets—and based on our findings, we are refreshing our market focus and business model to better meet the demand we are seeing,” said Marselle. “Our realignment takes full advantage of the extraordinary experience, range of professional skills, and collaboration already in place across the company, which speaks to the innovation happening here at Robbins-Gioia.”

Robbins-Gioia Appoints Herb Strauss as Chief Marketing Officer
January 22, 2008, Alexandria, VA—Robbins-Gioia, LLC, the leading provider of program and performance management services, announced today the appointment of Herb Strauss to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. As the company’s first CMO, Strauss will oversee the strategic direction and execution of Robbins-Gioia’s global marketing initiatives, including brand management, product and solutions marketing, corporate communications, market research, analyst relations, and field-based demand generation programs. Reporting to Mike Sledge, Robbins-Gioia’s President and Chief Operating Officer, he will be based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.
